Use it Up! Make Room for New Stuff!

Pocket Card Overload

Hi, Friends!  I decided to use up all of the random pieces of Designer Series Paper that I’ve had piling up in my craft room.  Some of it retired a few catalogs ago, and some is currently still available until the beginning of June 2020.  I grabbed it all, made a ton of pocket cards with the retired Mini Treat Bag thinlit, and went to town making dozens of cards.

I threw caution to the wind and didn’t care if the paper or ribbon or embellishments I used were retired items or not.  My goal was to use up as much as I could to make room for the NEW stuff that will be coming out with the NEW catalog in JUNE!  (I’ve seen the new catalog and you are going to LOVE it!!)  I also wanted to pull out the stamp sets from all of my Paper Pumpkin kits and put those to use, too.  I had a blast!

I put together a quick YouTube video to describe the pocket cards I made, a list of the supplies that are still available, and some up-close photos of each pocket card.  Pocket cards are so much fun to make, and that’s why I was so disappointed when the Mini Treat Bag die was discontinued.  However, if you are signed up for my Template Tuesday newsletter, then you received a template this week that you can print out and use to make your own pocket cards.  (Send me an email if you would like the template.)

Be sure to see all the cards LIVE on my YouTube channel!  I would love if you subscribed to my channel, too.  I’m trying to reach enough followers so I can do LIVE presentations for you!  Help, please!!  It’s totally free to subscribe.

I’m totally IN LOVE with the Make a Splash hostess set that is available in the current Mini Catalog.  You can order it for $10 when you host a party or place an order that totals $150 before tax and shipping.  Get some of your friends together and host a virtual Stampin Up party!  I can help you!  It’s so fun and so easy.

I used the Brother Scan n Cut to cut out the fish bowl and the little goldfish.  Look at how perfectly cut out they are!  Keep checking back because over the next week, I’ll be posting the specific details of all the pocket cards I made.  Now is the time to make lots of cards so you’ll have them when you need them.  🙂
