Side-Hinged Fun-Fold Card!
Hi Friends! Today I’m showing you how easy it is to add some pizzazz to your greeting cards by changing things up a bit and incorporating a unique card fold. The side-hinged fun-fold card is really easy and the best part is that you can make a lot of the cards pretty quickly. The side-hinged fun-fold card is a great card idea to use for your holiday cards and really wow your friends!
Poinsettia Petals Side-Hinged Fun-Fold Card
You can decorate the hinged part any way you’d like. Just change the DSP and use different coordinating dies and embellishments. On my card, I used Sponge Daubers and Wink of Stella to accentuate the poinsettia pieces.
Measurements
The fun-fold card is made with these measurements:
- card base is 5-1/2″ x 7-1/2″ and scored at 3-1/4″ along the 7-1/2″ side
- DSP is 3″ x 5-1/4″
- inside piece is 4″ x 5-1/4″
- large hinge is scored at 3-3/4″
- small hinge piece has 1″ cut off the end
