Love Blossoms Wedding Cards

Love Blossoms Wedding Cards Wedding season is upon us!  We have already attended one wedding and we have three more so far to attend this year.  That means three more wedding showers, too.  That’s a lot of cards!  I made two different wedding cards using Stampin’ Up!’s Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper.  Both of the Love Blossoms Wedding Cards that I created use the Love Blossoms Suite from the 2016 Occasions Catalog. For the wedding card (on the left) I used Blushing Bride as the main color and for the shower card I used Rose Red.  I wish you guys could see these cards in person!  They are full of texture because of the Tea Lace Paper Doilies, the Metallic Foil Doilies, the Whisper White Baker’s Twine, and the pearls from the Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit.  Heads up!  The Tea Lace Paper Doilies, the Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper, and the Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit are retiring on May 31st, so be sure to order these items NOW before they sell out and are gone for good.  To purchase any of the products shown, just click on the images in the slideshow below. LOVE BLOSSOMS WEDDING CARDS: Look closely at the wedding card above on the left.  Notice the white heart?  I used the Bloomin’ Heart Thinlints Die to add one more layer of dimension.  I used the Bloomin’ Love Photopolymer Stamp Set on both cards. Luckily, the Bloomin’ Heart Thinlits Die and the Bloomin’ Love Stamp Set will be returning in the new 2016-2017 Annual Catalog.  Woo hoo!!  I love the entire Love Blossoms Suite of products. I have made several cards with the products from the Love Blossoms collection.  In addition to the two Love Blossoms Wedding Cards show here, be sure to also check out the other cards you can create with the fabulous Love Blossoms products:                                PRODUCT GUIDE:

Retiring List and a Quick Product Tip Video

Retiring List | Quick Product Tip Video Today I’d like to share with you the retiring list and a quick product tip video. It’s always a bitter-sweet day for me when Stampin’ Up! publishes the list of retiring products from its current annual catalog.  I don’t like change and I don’t like goodbyes.  However, this year things are a little different because as a demonstrator, I was able to view the new upcoming 2016-17 Annual Catalog before seeing the retiring list of products.  Let me just say that YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!  Take a look at the retiring list (and discounted items!!!) and be sure to order your favorite retiring items right away before they are gone for good.  But then put your tissues away and take out your confetti because when you see the NEW catalog items when the catalog goes live to the public on June 1st, you will want to party!!!! I have a couple of fun card ideas coming up later in the week that use the foil doilies.  Here is a short video on a little tip about what you can do if you run out of doilies.  Be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel (it’s free!) so you never miss a video tutorial. My Top 5 Picks From the Stampin’ Up! Clearance Rack Take a look at my top 5 picks from the Stampin’ Up! Clearance Rack.  Why?  Let me tell you. You can read about the features and benefits of the To You & Yours Shaker Card Kit HERE, and see examples of cards you can quickly assemble with the leftovers HERE, HERE, and HERE.  You will be a rock star when your friends receive these cards in the mail.  You can also give the kit as a gift to the card making lovers in your life. Who doesn’t want to open a present with the a tag from the Oh What Fun Tag Project Kit?  What I love most about these fun Christmas tags is that you can add them to small gifts and gift bags that otherwise wouldn’t make a great first impression and turn what at first glance looks like an underwhelming gift into the first gift your friends want to open. I have included both the Hello December 2015 Project Life Accessory Pack  (just cut out the “2015”) and the Seasonal Snapshot 2015 Project Life Card Collection for the same reason.  Each kit provides enough materials for you to quickly assemble not only scrapbooks, but also fun greeting cards.  It takes no time to cut and score card stock and use the items in both of these kits to put together cute Christmas cards. Do I even need to explain why you need the Real Red Pom Pom Trim?  I mean just look at how adorable it is!  Use it to wrap presents, string it up and use our Mini Metallic Clothespins to hang up your Christmas cards, or use it as an embellishment on your cards.  And hey, its’ red, so you can also use it for Valentine’s Day and Fourth of July projects! Here is a look at ALL of the Clearance Rack items.  Have fun shopping!!
