Stampin’ Up!’s Pretty Petals Designer Series Paper Stack is fabulous! The coordinating colors of Old Olive, Calypso Coral, Basic Black, Very Vanilla, Mint Macaron, and Pacific Point are so dramatic. You can use embellishments to make the patters whimsical or high-fashion, whatever you prefer. I have a flair for the dramatic, so I like combining the Basic Black into the designs.
I really love all of the colors! Each combination elicits a different emotion: cheery, sophisticated, and happy. It’s amazing that so many different designs can be created from one pack of paper, isn’t it?
To create the cards, I used the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Dies. There are so many additional dies included with the actual treat bag that the creative possibilities are endless when used in conjunction with Designer Series Paper and coordinating cardstock colors.
Take a look at the slideshow below to see the supplies I used to create the cards shown. Once you get the hang of assembling the treat bag, these cards are assembly-line friendly. Make a bunch in a little bit of time and you will be set to go when you need a very cute, upscale, and creative card.
