It’s My Party Birthday Card

The new “It’s My Party” stamps, paper, and embellishments in Stampin’ Up!’s Occasions Catalog (link on sidebar) make it easy to create simple yet elegant birthday cards.  This week, I’ll be showing you a variety of birthday cards that you can create with Stampin’ Up!’s It’s My Party products.  The first thing I love about the It’s My Party collection is that the patterns and colors make it easy to create unisex birthday cards.

See what i mean?  Just change the color combos of the Baker’s Twine Combo Pack and the the It’s My Party Enamel Dots and this card would work perfectly for a man or a woman.

The second thing I like about the It’s My Party Collection is that not only can you use the Enamel Dots to make a unisex card, but you also can easily add dimension and texture to your projects both with the Enamel Dots and with the  Confetti Textured Impressions Embossing Folder that is part of the product suite.  I love our Textured Impressions Embossing Folders!  One of the fun things that I love about the Confetti Textured Impressions Embossing Folder is how well the pattern coordinates with the patterns in the Its My Party Designer Series Paper Pack.
