The Memories in the Making Project Life Specialty Card Collection is one of several products that you can earn for FREE with a qualifying purchase from the 2016 Sale-a-Bration Promotional Catalog.  I’m not a scrapbooker, but that doesn’t mean that Project Life is off-limits to me.  In fact, Project Life can be a card-makers best friend and a real life-saver, especially if and when you ever suffer from “Card-Makers Block.”  You can see some of the great cards I created with Project Life supplies HERE, HERE, and HERE.

I made a traditional shaker card with some of the pieces that are included in the Sale-a-Bration Memories in the Making Project Life Specialty Card Collection. I paired the black, white, and silver specialty cards with a piece of paper from the Pretty Petals Designer Series Paper Stack from the Annual Catalog.  I love the color combination! Silver and Pacific Point compliment each other so beautifully!  I like the hint of Mint Macaron thrown in there, too.

There are a total of 30 cards in the FREE Memories in the Making Project Life Specialty Card Collection Kit.  Here is a little sampling:

Some of the cards, like the ones I used on my card, are acetate with metallic ink printed designs.  They add such a glamorous look to the card.  These specialty cards make the greeting card look like it took a ton of effort to make, when in reality, it was very easy to assemble.

Are you tired of my shaker cards yet?  I’ve been creating cards for almost FOURTEEN years now, and I finally got the hang of shaker cards.  Oh, no!  Another obsession!  Using Project Life stuff to make greeting cards is another new obsession of mine, too.  Get ready!!
